Order processing time is 3 - 5 business days

(This is the time we need to package your order for delivery)

*Please note: this DOES NOT include the time it takes for the USPS to deliver your order.

Actual delivery time varies according to location, the method of delivery chosen at checkout and seasonal or weather delays.

        Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

                                            We ship using USPS. You have the choice of first class, priority and priority express delivery.

                                      We encourage you to chose priority delivery because it provides tracking numbers and up to $50.00

                                of insurance to cover a range of unfortunate shipping incidents. (First class delivery will not cover any losses) 

               Not Too Shabby Miniatures prides itself by using quality shipping materials that have been proven to protect your miniatures                                                 during the delivery process, therefore we do not cover any losses due to shipping damages.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses submitted to Not Too Shabby Miniatures.

If your order has not shipped yet, we are more than happy to make the change for you and you can breathe easier!

                   We cannot offer refunds for lost shipments if the USPS has confirmed delivery through the provided tracking number.

                               Novelty mugs cannot be combined with other items as they are fulfilled at a separate location.

               Please be aware that there are exclusive shipping charges for mugs and separate shipping charges for miniatures.
